Your client area is where you manage services, invoices, domains and support tickets.
Logging in
- Go to https://hostingsutra.com/clientarea.php (or click Login in the site header).
- Enter the email address you used when signing up.
- Enter your client area password — this is not the same as your cPanel password.
- Click Login.
Forgot your password?
Click Forgot Password? on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link we send you. The link expires after a short period, so use it promptly.
What you can do from the client area
- Services — view your hosting plans, jump straight into cPanel, upgrade or downgrade
- Domains — manage nameservers, contact details, EPP codes and auto-renew
- Billing — view and pay invoices, download receipts, manage payment methods
- Support — open and track tickets, read this knowledgebase
Login problems
- "Login details incorrect" — confirm you are using your registered email, not your domain name.
- Locked out after failed attempts — repeated failures temporarily block the login form. Wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password.
- Never received the reset email — check your spam folder. If the mailbox is on the hosting account that is down, contact us from any other email address.
