Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy Print

  • 0

New shared and WordPress hosting plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

What is covered

If a new hosting plan is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of the initial order and we will refund the hosting fee.

What is not covered

  • Domain registrations and transfers — these are paid to the registry and are non-refundable. If you cancel hosting, the domain remains yours for its registered term.
  • Renewal invoices — the guarantee applies to the first order, not to subsequent renewals
  • Third-party licences and add-ons already issued, such as control panel or software licences
  • Setup or migration fees where these have been charged
  • Accounts terminated for a breach of our terms

How to request a refund

  1. Open a ticket in the Billing department from your client area.
  2. Include the domain and the invoice number.
  3. Tell us briefly what went wrong — often we can fix the underlying problem, but there is no obligation to let us try.

Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing typically takes 5–10 working days to appear on your statement.

Before you go

Download a full backup of your account first — files, databases and email. Once the account is cancelled, the data is removed and cannot be recovered.
